RETURN POLICY

1. CUSTOM-MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS
1.1. Custom Gates and Fencing
- Due to the custom nature of our gates and fencing products, we cannot accept returns once manufacturing has commenced
- All measurements and specifications should be confirmed before placing an order
1.2. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled without charge before manufacturing begins
- Once manufacturing has commenced, cancellation fees will apply
- Full payment is required for custom products
2. STOCK PRODUCTS AND ACCESSORIES
2.1. Automation Systems and Components
- Must be returned within 14 days of purchase
- Must be unopened and in original packaging
- Must include all original components and documentation
- A 20% restocking fee will apply
2.2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-cut materials
- Custom-powder coated items
- Used or installed automation systems
- Special order items
- Clearance items
3. WARRANTY CLAIMS
3.1. Structural Warranty
- We offer a 10-year structural warranty on aluminum gates and fences
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural integrity
- Claims must be submitted with photographic evidence and description of the issue
- On-site inspection may be required to assess warranty claims
3.2. Automation Systems
- Covered by manufacturer's warranty
- Terms vary by component and manufacturer - these are back to base meaning the buyer needs to return the item to ourselves or the manufacturer at their own costs if found not to be warranty return shipping costs will be at buyers expense.
- Warranty claims must be reported promptly
4. REFUND PROCESS
4.1. Eligible Returns
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Original payment method will be used for refund
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
4.2. Manufacturing Errors
- If we make an error in manufacturing, we will:
- Rectify the error at our cost
- Replace the product if necessary
- Cover reasonable associated costs
5. DAMAGED GOODS
5.1. Delivery Inspection
- All products must be inspected upon delivery
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours
- Photo evidence of damage required
- Do not install damaged products
5.2. Transport Damage
- Must be noted on delivery docket
- Photos must be taken at time of delivery
- Fabricated gates are bulky and expensive get insurance if available from your selected transport company
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours
6. EXCHANGE PROCESS
6.1. Stock Items
- Must be in original condition
- Must have proof of purchase
- Exchange subject to stock availability
- Additional delivery charges may apply
